DESCRIPTION

One part, neutral curing silicone sealant specially developed for flame retardant sealing. The Fire Retardant Grade meets Class V-0(GB/T 2408), the Fire Resistant Grade meets First Grade(GA 161). Excellent unprimed adhesion on most building materials. Remains flexible over a temperature range of -58°F (-50°C) to 302°F (150°C).

Flame-resistant waterproof and moisture-proof sealing for hotel, theatre and other public places; Glazing for all kinds of flame-resistant windows and doors; Flame-resistant sealing for curtain wall; All building and glazing joints which require a fire rating; Fire rated expansion joints; Flame-resistant sealing for electronic installation; Many other industrial uses. 

TYPICAL PROPERTIES

SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE

When stored at or below 27℃(86°F) in the original unopened containers, this product has a usable life of 12 months from the date of manufacture. Refer to product packaging for "Use By" date.

LIMITATIONS

Do not use for structural glazing or fish aquarium assembly. Not recommended for building materials that bleed oils, plasticizers, or solvents-materials such as impregnated wood, oil-based caulks, green or partially vulcanized rubber gaskets or tapes. Not recommended for use in totally confined spaces as the sealant requires atmospheric moisture for cure. Not recommended for continuous water immersion applications. Not recommended for use on frost-laden or wet surfaces. Not recommended for places where painting of the sealant is required, as the paint film may crack and peel. Do not apply at temperatures below 4℃ or above 40℃.
